Michael and Staci (Bishop) Szugye of Macedonia are announcing the birth of a daughter, Chelsea Jane, on July 12 at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland. Grandparents are Robert and Stephanie Bishop of Poland and Michael and Elizabeth Szugye of Hubbard. Great-grandparents are John and Louise Cerny and Charles and Anne Popovich, all of Youngstown, and Mary Szugye of Hermitage, Pa.
