William Cann has been named the business development manager for the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber.
Cann, of Austintown, will be based in Warren and serve the Trumbull County area in providing business attraction, expansion and retention services, according to Sarah Boyarko, the chamber’s vice president of economic development, retention and expansion.

First Place Financial Corp. has announced the appointment of David G. Cogswell to the position of Chief Credit Officer for First Place Bank, the principal subsidiary of First Place Financial Corp. The appointment is effective July 23 on an interim basis, subject to final nonobjection from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the bank’s primary regulator.

Greg Muresean, a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and a Canfield native, has been made a partner with PwC’s Private Company Services practice.
Muresean has 12 years of public accounting experience and provides tax compliance and consulting services to privately held businesses and their owners in manufacturing, technology and service industries.

Katrina Walker of Youngstown has been named regional diversity officer for Humility of Mary Health Partners [HMHP]. Before her appointment, Walker was outreach coordinator to the African American community for Hospice of the Valley. She is licensed by the State of Ohio as a social worker.

Rebecca Guerino of Brookfield has been named manager of radiation oncology for HMHP. Before her appointment, Guerino was a radiation therapist for HMHP.

Terry Kilbury of Cranberry, Pa., has been named senior director of operations for Hospice of the Valley. Before her appointment Kilbury was director of the Sivitz Jewish Hospice in Pittsburgh.

Sharon McQuate of Niles has been named director of mission integration for St. Elizabeth Health Center. Before her appointment, McQuate was vice president of mission services at St. James Mercy Hospital in Hornell, N.Y.
