Bradford still happy with decision: Three years removed from his decision to stay in school at Oklahoma after winning the Heisman Trophy, St. Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford still believes he made the right move. And he’s not about to question why current Sooners QB Landry Jones decided to follow in his footsteps. Bradford says there’s no way he would have been ready to lead an NFL huddle at age 21. Even though he got hurt and missed most of the following season, Bradford says he gained invaluable experience by coming back.

Colts announce blackouts: Colts home games could be blacked out on television in the Indianapolis area this season if the team doesn’t sell all its tickets. Chief Operating Officer Pete Ward tells The Indianapolis Star the team has 2,000 season tickets still to be sold. If those don’t sell, the team will try to sell tickets for individual games. The NFL recently eased its TV blackout rules, allowing local telecasts if 85 percent of seats are sold. Teams that air games without a sellout must pay the visiting team additional money for each ticket sold beyond 85 percent.

Vick launches clothing line: Eagles fans lined up more than two hours before Michael Vick was set to announce his clothing line in Philadelphia. The line mixes football and fashion and is the latest image-restoration move for Vick, who spent 18 months in federal prison after being convicted of bankrolling a dogfighting ring and was released in 2009. The line includes T-shirts, shorts and tank tops. Prices are $12.99 for children’s clothes and $19.99 for adult clothes. The line will be sold exclusively at sporting goods chain Modell’s and was developed in a partnership with celebrity clothing-line mogul Ruby Azrak and talent agent Brian Sher. Two shirts were emblazoned with Vick’s mottos: “Mental Toughness,” and “It’s Not How You Start. It’s How You Finish.”
