Cleveland TV station to feature Dutch Village

Das Dutch Village will be featured on a program that will air at 10 a.m. Monday on a Cleveland television station.

A film crew from Cleveland television station WJW-Fox 8 visited Das Dutch Village on June 29 to shoot a segment for the “New Day Cleveland” show.

Fox 8 news anchor Kristi Capel and entertainment reporter David Moss interviewed the owners and staff at Das Dutch Village, who talked about the popular local travel destination.

Das Dutch Haus Restaurant, Bakery and Gift Shop, Das Dutch Village Inn, the Dutch Tulip, Bo’s Pet Shoppe, Bella Rose Salon, Heart of the Country Gift Shop, Das Book Shop, M.D. Diamond and the Dutch Cupboard will be featured on the segment, which also will stream live on the internet at air time at www.fox8.com.

Footage also was shot at the town square clock and in front of the historic Log House Museum in downtown Columbiana.

Viewers who miss the program also will be able to see it at dasdutchvillage.com after the program airs.
