Warren Salvation Army provides cooling station

WARREN — The Salvation Army, 270 Franklin St., will provide a place to keep people out of the heat.

Individuals are welcome to come in and get some cold water during the hours from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

This cooling station will be open throughout the remainder of the summer when the temperatures exceed 90 degrees with high humidity. Donations of water and snacks are always welcomed to help individuals in need, Salvation Army officials said.
