Class b Playoffs

Astro Falcons 4, Kuboff & Associates 0 — Nick Revak tossed a two-hit shutout in the first game of a best-of-three series. Carrington Bell hit a RBI double and scored twice while Gino Devencenzo had two hits for the Falcons.

Astro Falcons 8, Kuboff & Associates 5 — Joel Hake led the Falcons to a sweep with three hits and two RBIs. Kip DeShields hit two doubles, scored twice and drove in two runs while Gino Devencenzo had two hits and drove in three runs. For Kuboff, Alex Gentile drove in two runs.

Creekside Fitness 5, Toyota of Warren 2 — Mark Passarella pitched a complete game in the victory, giving up just two unearned runs on six hits, while walking four and striking out two. Kane Durkin hit a double and scored a run while Ryan Miller and Billy Goodall each had a hit and RBI. Brandon Chamberlain led Toyota with two hits and a run scored.

Creekside Fitness 11, Toyota of Warren 1 — Scott Pierce pitched a complete game for Creekside, giving up just one run on two hits, while striking out six and not walking a batter. Ted Williams had two hits and scored twice while Billy Goodall hit a three-run triple and scored two runs. Alex Fitzgerald had two hits for Toyota of Warren.

14u Minor League Playoffs

Diamond 9’s 3, Creekside Fitness 1 — Tyler Cannon pitched a complete game in the victory, giving up just an unearned run on three hits, while striking out seven and walking five batters. Cannon had two hits, including a double while Jacob Clark had two hits and a RBI. Trent Humphries had a hit and scored the run for Creekside.

Astro Falcons 4, Rizor Group 3 — Luke Kelty and Mike Notar each had a hit, RBI and run scored while Cody Cykon and Cody Dye each added a hit and a run scored for Astro. For Rizor, Gino DeMonaco had a hit and RBI while Drew Wagner had three hits.
