ursuline sisters | Volunteers in ministries

The Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown, 4250 Shields Road, Canfield, have an intern/volunteer program for the various ministries.

Age range: Volunteers must be 18 years and older to participate.

Ministries: Volunteer opportunities are at Beatitude House, housing for homeless women and children; Casa Madre, HIV/AIDS ministry for infected and affected children; SCOPE of Lordstown, meeting place for senior citizens; Parkside Health Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Columbiana; Motherhouse Health Care, assisted living wing for nuns; Ursuline preschool and kindergarten; St. Columba Cathedral and Habitat for Humanity.
