Here are the other defendants charged with various crimes related to the Feb. 6, 2011, shooting incident, in which Jamail Johnson, a 25-year-old Youngstown State University student, died, and 11 other people were wounded, at an Indiana Avenue house party just north of the university campus.

All cases are before Judge John M. Durkin of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, except that of Braylon Rogers, which is before Judge Maureen A. Sweeney.

Mark Jones, 21, of Cambridge Avenue, brother of Columbus Jones. Mark Jones is charged with murder, 11 counts of felonious assault and discharging a gun at or into a habitation, and set for a jury trial beginning Aug. 20.

Jamelle Jackson, 20, of West Boston Avenue, is charged with murder, 11 counts of felonious assault, carrying a concealed weapon and discharging a gun at or into a habitation, and set for a jury trial beginning Sept. 17.

Demetrius Wright, 22, of West Avondale Avenue, is charged with carrying a concealed weapon, tampering with evidence and obstructing justice, and set for a jury trial beginning Aug. 27.

Brandon Carter, 23, of East Ravenwood Avenue, is charged with obstructing justice, and set for a jury trial beginning Sept. 10.

Braylon Rogers, 21, of East Lucius Avenue, has pleaded guilty to illegal gun possession, awaits sentencing at a later date and has promised to testify against his co-defendants.
