The PTA at Lloyd Elementary provides fun and educational programs for the kids as well as parties and after school programs.
Lloyd Elementary has achieved a rating of Excellent in state testing for the past 7 years, and has been honored as a National Blue Ribbon School of Distinction in 2008. Participation in this outing would assist the Lloyd School staff and parents to continue to provide support to this program. The PTA is in need of teams, hole sponsors and donations for our Chinese auction.
The scramble format is limited to the first 36 registered teams that have signed up by July 21. The cost is $75 per player, four people to a team, and the cost includes 18 holes, golf cart, breakfast, lunch, and a steak dinner. The shotgun start is at 7:30 a.m.
There will be great prizes offered, like a chance to win a two-year lease on a Chevrolet Cruze, a four day/three night golf vacation, Callaway Razr X Driver and Fairway Woods and Callaway X Black Irons. First place, a cash prize, hole prizes, pitching games, a Chinese auction, 50/50 raffle and more will all be part of the event.
For additional information, registration or to make a donation, contact Outing Chairwoman Lynn Mickey at 330-770-5871.
