Lowellville man killed in Liberty truck mishap

LIBERTY

A traffic accident killed one man and sent another to the hospital.

Shortly after 10 a.m. Tuesday David A. Johngrass, 33, of Lowellville, was killed after his asphalt truck flipped while traveling west on Tibbetts-Wick Road near state Route 11. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The passenger, Samuel G. Inskeep, 21, of Lowellville, was transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center, where he is listed in stable condition.

The crash remains under investigation.
