YOUNGSTOWN

Shannon Rockwell and Michael Harley III, both of Youngstown, are announcing their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Bruce and Carole Rockwell of Youngstown, and the prospective groom is the son of the late Michael Jr. and Judith Harley.

Invitations will be extended for both the Aug. 11 ceremony at Boardman Park and an evening reception at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard.

The bride-to-be received an associate degree in business administration from Trumbull Business College and a diploma in medical billing from Ross Medical.

The groom is employed as a meltshop laborer at V&M Star in Youngstown.
