Aqua Ohio sponsored the 15th annual Struthers Day on Thursday at Struthers Mauthe Park. The event was hosted by Struthers Mayor Terry Stock and the city’s officials. Aqua provides complimentary food and beverages.
Pecchia firm adds 7 clients in NE Ohio

Pecchia Communications, a public relations and marketing firm in Youngstown, has added seven clients.
They are: the Trumbull County Medical Society in Warren, an association of physicians concerned about the ill effects of excessive legal action against doctors; TLT-Babcock in Akron, a manufacturer of industrial fans and other air-movement equipment; Canfield Industries in Boardman, a manufacturer of connectors and hydraulic components; Trumbull Radiologists in Warren, a group of radiologist physicians; Tod Homestead Cemetery in Youngstown, a cemetery established by the Tod family in 1908; the Youngstown Area Youth Soccer League, based in Austintown, the Mahoning Valley’s largest soccer circuit; and the Swanston Charitable Fund in Youngstown, a sponsor of programs and services for at-risk children.
Shell begins new fuel-rewards deal

Shell has started a new fuel-rewards program within Youngstown.
The Fuel Rewards Network Program will provide rewards for purchasing from companies such as Los Gallos Mexican Restaurant, Salsita’s Mexican Restaurant, Wing Warehouse and more, and through hundreds of online merchants from the Online Mall including Bass Pro Shops, BestBuy.com, Sears.com and more.

OSS Inc., a Warren company, has contracted with ValleyCare Health System of Ohio to provide security guard services to its three medical facilities in the Mahoning Valley.
ValleyCare Health System represents the region served by Northside Medical Center, Trumbull Memorial Hospital and Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital.
Verizon teams up with Time Warner

Verizon Wireless and Time Warner Cable Inc. are teaming up in portions of Northeast Ohio to offer packages of Time Warner Cable video, Internet and voice services and Verizon Wireless smartphones and tablets from both companies.
Markets launched include many cities in Northeast Ohio, Wisconsin, North Carolina and South Carolina. Earlier this year, Time Warner Cable and Verizon Wireless kicked off their joint marketing initiative in Cincinnati and Columbus, Kansas City and Raleigh, N.C.
Both companies expect to launch these packages and services in additional Time Warner Cable communities in the coming months.
