CANFIELD

Jan. 21

Domestic violence: Deana Broccoli, 49, of 410 Fairground Blvd. was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

Jan. 29

Warrant: Coty Nathaniel Parks, 20, of 139 College Park Drive, Monroeville, Pa. was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge out of the Trumbull County Sheriff’s office.

AUSTINTOWN

Jan. 23

Warrant: Police arrested Dennis Durrett, 39, of 3877 New Road on an unspecified warrant out of Mahoning County Court No. 4.

Attempted burglary: An attempt was made to enter a garage at a home in the 5000 block of Baker Street.

Theft: $47 in gasoline was stolen at Country Fair, 1143 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was damaged at a home in the 400 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Drug offense: David Garcia, 50, of 1130 E. Pershing St., Salem was arrested at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and drug instruments.

Theft: A wallet was stolen at Home Depot, 6100 Mahoning Ave.

Jan. 24

Theft: A cashier was short-changed at Country Fair.

Menacing: There is a suspect in menacing reported at a home in the 900 block of Compass West.

Menacing: A threatening phone call was reported at a home in the 600 block of Slippery Rock Drive.

Jan. 25

Arson: A fire was started in a classroom by a student at Austintown Middle School, 800 S. Raccoon Road.

Bank robbery: An unknown amount of money was stolen by a male in his 50s at First Place Bank, 3516 S. Meridian Road.

Fraud: An unauthorized purchase was made on a Visa debit card at Home Savings and Loan, 4259 Kirk Road.

Burglary: A computer was taken from a home in the 1000 block of North Niles-Canfield Road.

Recovered property: A passport, Social Security card and birth certificate were recovered at a home in the 6000 block of Fairview Road.

Assault: Three juveniles beat up a 13-year-old male at a home in the 1000 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Jan. 26

Burglary: A computer, cash and jewelry were taken from a home in the 4000 block of Rhode Island Drive.

Theft: An employee was short-changed at Auto Zone, 5430 Mahoning Ave.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at a home in the 4000 block of Signature Circle.

Theft: Larry Dutton,46, of 1626 Difford Drive, Niles was arrested in the theft of food at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle windshield was damaged at an apartment in the 900 block of Compass West.

Theft: $20 in gasoline was stolen at Country Fair, 1143 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

Theft: Two unknown people stole items at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Oxycodone was stolen from Greenwood Chevrolet, 4695 Mahoning Ave.

Felonious assault: An 18-year-old male victim was assaulted in the 2000 block of Bainbridge Street.

Drug offense: Brian McGuire, 44, of 1771 Lynn Mar Ave., Poland, was arrested at Taco Bell, 4523 Mahoning Ave., on charges of drug possession and drug paraphernalia.

Drug offense: Timothy Hobbs, 52, of 1651 Stewart Ave., Youngstown was arrested for possession of cocaine in the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

Jan. 27

Sex offense: An explicit photo was posted on Facebook at a home in the 4000 block Rhode Island Drive.

Fraud: Charges were made to a checking account at an apartment in the 1000 block of Fountain Square.

Breaking and entering: Steel and scrap metals were stolen at Austintown Metal Works, 45 Victoria Road.

Theft: Golf clubs were stolen from an auto at a home in the 3000 block of Acton Avenue.

Criminal damaging: Siding was damaged at a home in the 4000 block of Timberbrook Drive.

Breaking and entering: Copper from a vacant home was stolen in the 60 block of Rosemont Avenue.

Breaking and entering: An iPad was taken at Renu Roofing, 168 S. Meridian Road.

Theft: A clerk was short-changed by two males at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Warrant: Police arrested Tamicka Spivey, 34, of 131 N. Kimberly Ave., Apt. 26, on a warrant for theft.

Jan. 28

Criminal damaging: Outside mirrors on a vehicle were damaged at Shotz Bar, 3713 Oakwood Ave.

Drug offense: Gage Sobon, 26, of 6377 E. Harvest Ridge Drive, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana in the parking lot of the 900 block of Compass West.

Drug offense: Andrew Sundy, 22, of 456 Baldwin Ave., Sharon, Pa., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana in the 5000 block of Clarkins Drive.

Criminal damaging: Vehicles drove over a lawn in the 20 block of North Edgehill Avenue.

Theft: A watch and glasses were taken from an unlocked vehicle at a home in the 3000 block of Meanderwood Drive.

Aggravated menacing: A male made threatening comments at Huntington Bank, 1732 S. Raccoon Road.

Fraud: $180 in an online purchase was taken from an account at a home in the 1000 block of Birch Trace Drive.

Theft: Tools and jewelry were taken from a home in the 3000 block of Allendale Avenue.

Theft: A television was taken from a home in the 4000 block of Wedgewood Drive.

Theft: A purse and contents were taken at the Aveda Institute, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Keith Enyeart, 25, of 543 Elm St., Struthers, for theft at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: Televisions, a Kindle, a laptop and DVR player were taken from an apartment in the 4000 block of Rhode island Drive.

Disorderly conduct: Justin Dyer, 22, of 5875 Weaver Road, Berlin Center and Joshua Sudano, 20, of 15025 Hoyle Road, Berlin Center, were both issued summons for disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of Compass West apartments.

Drug offense: Charges are pending against a 17-year-old female on a drug offense arrested at Mahoning Avenue and Meridian Road.

Warrant: Randall Manning, 23, of Detroit, Mich. was arrested on a warrant from the Ohio State Highway Patrol for a hit-skip.

Theft: Thirty hydrocodone pills were stolen from an apartment in the 800 block of Compass West.

Theft: Numerous items were stolen from an auto at a home in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive.

Burglary: A television and a laptop were taken at a home in the 1000 block of Westwind Place.

Theft: $45 in gasoline was stolen at Country Fair, 1143 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
