Hospital plans charity ball, auction

Alliance Community Hospital will have its 2012 Charity Ball and Auction on Feb. 25 at Alliance Country Club, 725 E. Milton St.

Cocktails and a silent auction will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m., and gourmet dining will begin at 7. A live auction will immediately follow the dinner. Jimmy and the Soulblazers will entertain, and dress is black-tie optional.

Proceeds will go toward upgrading telemetry monitors in the ER, ICU and PCU areas. The event is sponsored by the Alliance Community Hospital Foundation.
