Everett Industries Inc. of Warren recently announced the addition of Douglas Clay as the company’s new sales representative for the Pacific Northwest region.

Clay will represent Everett Industries’ abrasive cutoff saws and wheels. Clay comes to Everett Industries with many years of sales and service experience in machines, tooling and related metal fabrication products.

Everett Industries is operated by Bill Everett, president and Roy Williams, vice president. The company was founded in 1962 by Chuck Everett, Bill’s father, and employs 15 people. Everett Industries produces abrasive cutoff machines and wheels sold worldwide to any industry that needs to cut metal.

CALL CENTERS

InfoCision Management Corp. recently announced the promotion of Jonathan Kyle of Cortland to call-center manager in the company’s Boardman location.

Kyle joined the company in 2002 as a program supervisor, and quickly rose through several supervisory levels, including overseeing the overnight call center in Austintown, where he was responsible for handling calls for 40 clients across six divisions. As call-center manager, Kyle will have increased responsibility for the success of client programs and will work directly with the account staff to develop strategic plans.

FINANCE

The U.S. Small Business Administration recently recognized Huntington as the No. 3 lender in the nation for number of SBA 7(a) loans. SBA 7(a) loans help businesses with special requirements. Huntington also remains the No. 1 lender among Midwest states for both the number and dollar amount of SBA 7(a) loans provided to small businesses.

Huntington made 588 SBA 7(a) loans for a total of $83.5 million for the period from Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, 2011. In Ohio, it made 326 loans with a dollar volume of $40.2 million, No. 1 both in number of loans and dollar amount.
