Warren library first in state to offer 'freading'

WARREN

A new free electronic book download service is now available to cardholders of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, the first library in Ohio to adopt it.

The service, called Freading, offers library patrons access to more than 20,000 titles on multiple mobile devices as an app. Compatible devices include the Barnes & Noble Nook, Apple iPad and iPhone, most Android-based tablets and smartphones, the Kobo eReader and the Sony Reader. The Amazon Kindle does not yet support Freading.
