Dec. 30

Domestic violence: Karesia C. London, 19, of 432 Mathews Road, Boardman, and a 16-year-old township boy were charged with the crime after a family member alleged London and the boy had threatened and assaulted her, respectively.

Theft: Tiffany Grate, 30, who listed addresses in Salem and East Liverpool, was booked after being accused of stealing two lead lights from Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Menacing: A Lockwood Boulevard woman reported receiving a threatening call pertaining to money owed to her.

Theft: A customer rented but stopped making payments on a $529 laptop computer from Eagle Rentals Inc., 6132 Market St.

Drugs: Jacquelyne C. Sebastian, 25, who listed addresses in Youngstown and Boardman, was picked up on three drug-related charges after police had responded to a possible heroin overdose in November and said they found five syringes, a spoon with suspected heroin residue and other contraband.

Stolen property: Alphonso West, 42, of 1644 Manhattan Ave., Youngstown, was booked on a felony count of receiving stolen property while at the Mahoning County jail on an unrelated charge. An Austintown woman alleged West had used her stolen credit card to make 10 unauthorized transactions in the township totaling $1,051.

Weapon/drugs: A traffic stop near Lake Park Road resulted in the arrests of Christina R. Direnzo, 19, who listed addresses on West Judson and Elberen avenues in Youngstown, on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon; Gregory J. Urbanek Jr., 20, of 174 Wychwood Lane, Youngstown, on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, being a convicted felon with a firearm and drug possession; and Donald A. Wells II, 21, of 830 N. Garland Ave., Youngstown, on one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Urbanek, who dropped four suspected marijuana cigarettes, admitted having given Direnzo a loaded .25-caliber pistol, police said.

Felonious assault: Police charged 61-year-old Joseph L. Bertolini, 1331 Meadowood Circle, Poland, with felonious assault and obstructing official business after his son-in-law alleged Bertolini had placed a pair of scissors at his throat during a struggle. Bertolini also refused several times to get out of his vehicle for police, they said.

Theft: More than 150 Vicodin tablets and a hand-carved wooden elephant figure were stolen from a residence in the 5100 block of Allen Drive.

Forgery: A Canfield woman at a Boardman insurance agency discovered someone had forged her signature on a document.

Dec. 31

Arrest: Authorities responding to a domestic-violence situation on Clifton Drive charged 47-year-old Trevor F. Mohney, 27 Clifton, Boardman, with obstructing official business after saying Mohney screamed at the woman, became aggressive toward police and impeded their investigation.

Domestic violence: Officers arrested 37-year-old Joseph Z. Davis at his home, 90 Clifton Drive, Boardman, on a misdemeanor domestic-violence warrant after Davis’ girlfriend alleged he had wrestled her to the ground during an argument. A layer of skin was removed from the woman’s elbows, a report showed.

Fraud: A man told police that while at a South Avenue bank, he learned he had been defrauded of about $800.

Domestic violence: A charge was pending against a 24-year-old township man after a Wolosyn Circle woman alleged he had punched her three times in the jaw during an argument. The woman had a lump on her head and complained of jaw pain, police said.

Criminal damaging: Scratch marks were found on a vehicle’s driver’s side in the 7100 block of Locust Avenue.

Breaking and entering: Someone broke into Nancy’s Grooming, 5154 Southern Blvd. A $50 gum-ball machine was missing.

Jan. 1

Assault: A Struthers man at a Westport Drive home reported having been slammed against a wall while watching a football game. The other person told police the accuser had refused to leave.

Theft: A woman reported her cellphone stolen at the Southern Park Mall.

Criminal damaging: A bedroom-window screen was cut at a residence in the 400 block of Annawan Lane.

Theft: Three people left Denny’s Restaurant, 154 Boardman-Canfield Road, without paying a $34 food bill.

Unauthorized use of a vehicle: A woman said her boyfriend took but failed to return her 1997 Pontiac Grand Am while at a South Avenue motel.

Harassment: A Youngstown-Poland Road man reported getting several calls from a man trying to persuade the homeowner to vacate his residence because of recent earthquakes in the area. The accuser told police he feels the caller might try to break into his home.

Identity theft: A Los Angeles man discovered two fraudulent online charges to his credit card totaling about $780 and that one of the items had been delivered to a Market Street motel.

Drugs: Authorities responded to a report of a person passed out in a vehicle on Boardman-Poland Road, where they charged 26-year-old E.C. Robinson, 6043 Applecrest Court, Boardman, with one felony count of trafficking in drugs. A police dog led to the discovery of 276 grams of suspected marijuana in two freezer bags, a report said.

Jan. 2

Theft: A 17-year-old East Palestine girl was charged with stealing $35 worth of makeup products from Walmart.

Theft: DaRell L. Perez, 26, of 147 Park Heights Ave., Youngstown, was charged in the theft of a toothbrush and a video game from Walmart.

Criminal mischief: Someone in the 30 block of Carter Circle deliberately covered a pickup truck’s front windshield with grease.

Breaking and entering: An air compressor, several hand tools and a gas can were removed from a garage in the 300 block of Melrose Avenue.

Burglary: To a home in the 7500 block of Indian Trail through a rear window. Stolen were a .32-caliber handgun, several pieces of jewelry and a small safe containing $150.

Attempted fraud: A Sequoya Drive woman reported a caller, apparently from the Shreveport, La., area who claimed to represent the U.S. Treasury Department, told her she was chosen to receive a $7,000 reward for having paid her taxes on time, but that he first needed her account information. The woman’s husband intervened and the caller hung up.

Breaking and entering: Someone broke into Colla’s Barber Shop, 6247 Market St., via a window, cut a phone line and took an undisclosed sum of money.

Counterfeit: A phony $20 bill was found in a deposit at Sam’s Club, 6361 South Ave.

Harassment: A South Schenley Avenue woman reported getting a threatening voice-mail message causing her to fear for her safety.

Harassment: Several threatening and derogatory calls were reportedly made to a Boardman-Poland Road fast-food restaurant.

Jan. 6

Harassment: A Brandon Avenue woman said her former boyfriend has made and sent a series of unwanted calls and text messages.

Domestic violence: Joseph F. Vaught Jr., 24, of 1974 Wolosyn Circle, Boardman, was picked up on a warrant after a family member alleged Vaught had punched her jaw and pushed her three times during an argument.

Citation: Jamie L. Hubler, 18, of 1245 Pleasant Valley Drive NE, Warren, was cited near Rockdale Avenue on a charge of marijuana possession.

Theft by deception: The U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested 39-year-old Raymond J. Tamburro, 13624 W. South Range Road, Salem, on a felony theft-by-deception charge. Tamburro was accused of stealing money from Foxy’s Auto Service Inc., 4200 Simon Road, and forging checks in an effort to defraud the business.

Jan. 7

Harassment: A Valley View Drive man said a family member made several threats toward him.

Burglary: To an apartment in the 7300 block of Bonnie Place through an unlocked window. Stolen was a $300 computer.

Harassment: An Appleridge Circle woman reported having received 28 unwanted calls.

Criminal damaging: Eggs were tossed several times at a residence in the 1400 block of Turnberry Drive, causing an estimated $300 in paint damage.

Assault: A man staying at a Market Street motel alleged the manager choked and tossed him to the ground during a dispute.

Counterfeit: A fake $50 bill was passed at Sam’s Club, 6361 South Ave.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle in the 100 block of Lemans Drive was found with a damaged windshield.

Fraud: A Ewing Road woman reported having made a series of online purchases with her debit card totaling $314, then, while attempting to track the purchases, learning the website was phony.

Theft: Machelle D. Sydney, 30, of 253 Alameda Ave., Youngstown, was charged in the theft of a $40 pair of shoes from T.J. Maxx & More, 717 Boardman-Poland Road. She also was wanted on warrants from Liberty Township and Warren.

Arrest: A traffic stop on South Avenue resulted in 47-year-old Paula Franklin’s arrest. Franklin, of 510 North Ave., Girard, was wanted by Goshen Township police on charges of assault and criminal trespassing.

Theft: Melissa A. Kinkela, 43, of 912 Harvard Blvd., Youngstown, was charged with stealing a small container of wine and an energy drink from Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road.

Theft: A woman reported her wallet stolen at a Tiffany Boulevard restaurant.

Menacing: A Youngstown man at a Market Street gas station reported another man made threats implying the accuser would be harmed or killed.

Criminal mischief: Feces were thrown against the door to an apartment in the 6300 block of South Avenue.

Theft: A woman reported the theft of her purse at a Boardman-Poland Road store.

Theft: Three iron grates were removed from an office building in the 5100 block of Market Street.

Jan. 8

Assault: A township man told police he was struck in the side of the head at a South Avenue restaurant. He had a cut to his left ear.

Criminal damaging: An Applecrest Court woman noticed a cracked bedroom-door frame.

Felonious assault: Authorities responded to a large fight at Boardman Township Park, 375 Boardman-Poland Road, and found a 15-year-old boy with a bloody nose before he reported having been punched several times.

Theft: Two pairs of men’s boots and two coats were stolen from Burlington Coat Factory, 529 Boardman-Canfield Road.

Theft: A woman at a South Avenue eatery reported two coats and a cellphone stolen.

Breaking and entering: Forced entry was made through the side door to a garage in the 6000 block of Youngstown-Poland Road, though nothing appeared to be missing.

Citation: Police in the 900 block of East Western Reserve Road cited 20-year-old Marie Y. Casey, 49478 Moore Ave., East Liverpool, on a charge of public intoxication.

Jan. 9

Auto theft: A 1996 Pontiac Grand Am was stolen in the 40 block of Arlene Avenue.

Forgery: Someone tried to cash a fraudulent $798 payroll check at Checksmart, 112 Boardman-Poland Road.

Arrest: Pierre L. Bell, 25, of 137 Shields Road, Boardman, was charged with obstructing official business during a traffic stop on U.S. Route 224. Bell, who also was wanted on a traffic warrant, tried to drive away after having been pulled over, then refused to cooperate with police, they said.

Arrest: Officers picked up 27-year-old Jeremy J. Kibler in the 7500 block of Glenwood Avenue. Kibler, of 145 Northgate Ave., Warren, was wanted on a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court.

Identity fraud: An East Palestine man told police his daughter became a victim when her name was used without consent at St. Elizabeth Health Center’s Boardman Campus for insurance purposes.

Harassment: A worker for an East Western Reserve Road fast-food restaurant reported her former husband has continually made unwanted calls to her at work.

Robbery: A gunman in his early 20s wearing dark pants, a dark-blue coat with light-green stripes and a black ski mask grabbed an undisclosed sum of money from a vault at Family Dollar, 4030 Market St., and fled.

Jan. 10

Theft: Robert L. Littrell III, 23, of 273 Fairgreen St., Youngstown, was charged with stealing a $150 cellphone from Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Vehicle theft: A 1995 Chevrolet Lumina van was stolen in the 4700 block of Southern Boulevard.

Counterfeit: A phony $50 bill was passed at Sam’s Club.

Aggravated menacing: Two people at a West Boulevard business told officers a man and a woman asked them to open a door, and that the man indicated he had a firearm.

Theft: A Poland woman reported her son dropped off a pair of shoes at a Boardman-Canfield Road store to be returned to another business and that the merchandise never reached its intended destination.

Criminal mischief: A witness reported having seen someone in an all-terrain vehicle damage a piece of township property near Rockdale and Centervale avenues.

Breaking and entering: Someone broke into a residence in the 60 block of Willow Drive and took a 10-inch table saw from the basement.

Harassment: An Afton Avenue man reported getting a series of such calls and text messages.

Theft: A license plate was stolen off a vehicle at a Market Street dealership.

Theft: Latonya L. Fowler, 32, of 451 Crandall Ave., Youngstown, was charged with stealing $451 worth of clothing from Kohl’s, 383 Boardman-Poland Road. Fowler also was wanted on a warrant from Liberty Township.

Jan. 11

Domestic violence: Shelly A. Rauschenbach, 45, of 4407 Hopkins Road, Boardman, was charged with the crime after her boyfriend alleged Rauschenbach had scratched his face several times during an argument.

Domestic violence: Authorities responding to an argument in the 4900 block of Brookwood Road arrested 28-year-old Corey K. Reese, 4910 Brookwood, on a felony charge after his girlfriend alleged an enraged Reese had dragged her from a vehicle by the hair and left her in a large puddle after an argument. Reese faced a felony count because of a prior conviction, a report showed.

Jan. 11

Misuse of a credit card: An employee of a South Avenue restaurant discovered her stolen credit card had been used to make two unauthorized purchases totaling about $153.

Theft by deception: A woman at a Boardman-Poland Road store told officers that after noticing she had a flat tire and giving two people $20 to change it, she learned that the tire had been deliberately slashed. Another woman reported a similar scam while at a South Avenue grocery store.

Menacing: An Arden Boulevard woman said that after asking her estranged husband to leave, he pushed on a door to gain entry to her residence.

Possible theft: A Youngstown man reported having been overcharged $54 to rent a room at a Tiffany Boulevard motel.

Attempted burglary: Someone pried open and damaged a door in an effort to enter an apartment in the 5000 block of Forest Park Drive.

Assault: A worker for a Boardman-Poland Road gas station told police an irate customer tossed a bag of candy at the accuser’s head when she refused to sell cigarettes to the patron.

Theft: A $500 cellphone was stolen from AT&T, 8089 South Ave.

Identity theft: A Hunters Ridge Drive woman reported getting a $200 collection notice regarding an account she felt someone had fraudulently opened with her information.

Arrest: Authorities at the Mahoning County jail booked 22-year-old Albert L. Coffer Jr., 1450 Logan Ave., Youngstown, on a warrant accusing him of failure to comply with police. In December, Coffer led officers on a foot chase near Lake Park Road after they had tried to pull him over, a report said.

Arrest: Police noticed a disabled vehicle, which led to the arrest of 29-year-old Paul A. Lee III, 4025 Hudson Ave., Boardman, who was wanted on a felony parole-violation charge.

Criminal mischief: Four landscaping lights were damaged in the 7300 block of Westview Drive.

Burglary: Occurred at an apartment in the 5000 block of Forest Park Drive, from which a $200 DVD player was missing.

Jan. 12

Arrest: Police in the 7100 block of Tiffany Boulevard arrested 61-year-old Michael J. Dallman of Doylestown, Pa., on a falsification charge after saying he provided a false date of birth. Dallman also was wanted on a parole-violation charge from Bucks County, Pa.

Burglary: To a residence in the 1800 block of Basil Avenue through an unlocked front door. Stolen was more than $10,000 and a $100 wristwatch.

Harassment: A worker for a Mathews Road child-care center reported the business received five days’ worth of such calls.

Theft: Two plastic signs were taken from the former A&W Restaurant site, 680 Boardman-Canfield Road.

Harassment: An employee with a Stadium Drive hair salon reported having gotten five months’ worth of unwanted text messages, calls and emails.

Robbery: A Youngstown man told authorities he was attacked at an apartment in the 400 block of Rockdale Avenue and robbed of $10.

Jan. 13

Unauthorized use of a vehicle: A Pierce Drive man said a friend borrowed but failed to return the accuser’s 2000 Chevrolet Impala.

Menacing: Two woman at a Doral Drive store reported someone threatened to harm them and damage some of their property.

Theft: A six-channel equalizer, a computerized labeling device and miscellaneous wiring were removed from a van in the 100 block of Indianola Road.

Domestic violence: Jessica L. Diaz, 35, of 721 Canterbury Lane, Boardman, faced charges of domestic violence and resisting arrest after police alleged having seen Diaz strike or shove a man, causing him to fall backward. Diaz initially refused to comply with officers, they said.

Misuse of a credit card: A South Avenue man discovered three unauthorized withdrawals to his account totaling roughly $166 via the Internet.

Breaking and entering: Someone broke into a home in the 100 block of Melrose Avenue and removed from the basement 175 feet of copper piping.

Harassment: A South Avenue man reported receiving a series of unwanted calls.

Theft: Two workers with a Market Street child-care facility told police a woman stole their cellphones and had another person return the items.

Theft: A man in his 30s stole at least 50 video games from Toys ‘R’ Us, 317 Boardman-Poland Road, costing the business $1,250.

Theft: A Spartan Drive woman reported her purse, $300, a global-positioning-system unit and an MP3 player stolen from her vehicle.

Theft: A 15-year-old township boy was charged in the theft of $53 worth of clothing from Macy’s in the Southern Park Mall.

Menacing: A woman told officers her 13-year-old daughter was threatened at Boardman Glenwood Middle School, 7635 Glenwood Ave.

Arrest: John E. Sexton Jr., 25, of 347 Melrose Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of attempted robbery. Sexton was accused of trying to rob a Speedway gas station, 649 E. Midlothian Blvd., in December.

Jan. 14

Harassment: A Terrace Drive woman said her former boyfriend has continually made and sent such calls and text messages, including a threat to kill one of her friends.

Theft: A Niles man reported his wallet stolen at a South Avenue business.

Arrest: Anthony C. Warren, 45, was taken into custody at his home, 22 Shadyside Drive, Boardman, on a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after Warren’s girlfriend alleged he took her 1994 Chevrolet Blazer without permission.

Criminal damaging: A car in the 7100 block of Tiffany Boulevard was found with a slashed tire.

Jan. 15

Theft: George W. Panno III, 18, of 7954 Market St., Boardman, was charged with taking a $70 men’s sweater from Macy’s, then released on a summons.

Theft: Three 16-year-old boys, two from Youngstown and one of Lowellville, were charged after roughly $36 worth of merchandise was stolen from Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Arrest: A traffic stop on Brookwood Road led to 32-year-old David Johnson’s arrest. Johnson, of 2120 Robbins Ave., Niles, was wanted on a probation-violation charge.

Arrest: Police on Southern Boulevard picked up 29-year-old Andrea N. Bush, 227 Douglass St. NW, Warren, who was wanted on a charge of failing to appear in court.

Assault: An employee with Family Dollar, 4030 Market St., reported a customer pushed her backward into a wall when the accuser refused to remove a security tag from a piece of merchandise.

Theft: A man reported the theft of a gift card while at a Southern Boulevard store.

Auto theft: A 1990 Oldsmobile 88 was stolen in the 5000 block of Aravesta Avenue.

Theft: An undisclosed amount of money was missing from a safe at McDonald’s, 15 Boardman-Canfield Road.

Bad check: A man cashed a $464 check at Midwest Money Center Inc., 5021 Market St., that later was determined to be fraudulent.

Jan. 16

Arrest: Officers responded to an underage-drinking party at a South Cadillac Drive residence, where they charged a 17-year-old township girl with obstructing official business and allowing underage consumption of alcohol. The teen hindered officers’ investigation in part by refusing to allow them into the home, a report showed.

Domestic violence: Authorities charged 29-year-old Jason T. Sobnosky, 270 Washington Blvd., Boardman, with the crime after his girlfriend alleged Sobnosky had grabbed and tossed her across a room during an argument about money and before taking $40. The accuser had a small cut and a red mark.

Arrest: A traffic stop on East Midlothian Boulevard led to 49-year-old Charles A. Huff’s arrest. Huff, of 47 Cleveland St., Youngstown, was wanted by Warren authorities on a charge of failure to appear in court.

Attempted burglary: Someone threw an object at a side window to a Southern Boulevard residence in an effort to enter.

Burglary: Took place in the 20 block of Melrose Avenue by unknown means. Two hundred feet of copper piping valued at $2,000 was missing from the basement.

Misuse of a credit card: A Boardman woman found out someone tried to use her stolen debit card at a Doral Drive business.

Arrest: Police charged Tiffany A. Robison, 21, of 1052 Summit St., Warren, with possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle impaired during a traffic stop on Market Street. An intoxicated Robison admitted having pills for which she had no prescription, authorities said.

Menacing: An employee with a Southern Park Mall business said two former acquaintances made threats toward her, including one to blow up the accuser.

Jan. 18

Identity theft: A Stoney Creek Drive woman found out her credit-card information was used to make $1,500 worth of unauthorized purchases.

Possible theft by deception: A Columbiana woman at a Tiffany Boulevard store told police that after noticing a damaged tire on her vehicle, she gave a man who offered to assist $10 to change it.

Theft: An Afton Avenue man discovered more than $38,600 missing from his home.

Arrest: Officers responded to a report of gunfire near Prestwick Drive and charged 21-year-old Gabriel A.C. Queener, 913 Keogh Ave., Youngstown, with inducing panic and being a convicted felon with a firearm. Queener was one of two men who, after the gunshots, entered an apartment, where a loaded .32-caliber semiautomatic handgun was found in a closet, a report showed. Also, three shell casings were discovered nearby, police said.

Theft: Henry A. Garner, 48, of 373 E. Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, was charged with stealing a set of sheets from Family Dollar, 4028 South Ave.

Theft: A temporary tag was removed from a vehicle in the 4100 block of Hillman Way.

Auto theft: A 1999 Pontiac Grand Am was stolen in the 60 block of Alburn Drive.

Jan. 19

Theft: Two rings were stolen from an apartment in the 6300 block of South Avenue.

Theft: A $62 pair of shoes and $40 were taken from a locker at Boardman High School, 7777 Glenwood Ave.

Domestic violence: Police charged 50-year-old Joseph M. Bokros, 1857 Lealand Ave., Poland, with the crime after his wife alleged that while in a vehicle, Bokros used a push broom and a snow shovel to break a passenger-side window before grabbing and repeatedly pulling her toward him during an argument.

Harassment: A Bristlewood Drive woman told police a male caller tried to solicit her for sex.

Stolen property: Youngstown police handed 27-year-old Brandon R. Zikeli, 275 Park Ave., Youngstown, to township authorities. Zikeli was wanted on a felony charge of receiving stolen property after police said he had a stolen checkbook.

Counterfeit: A phony $20 bill was passed at Sam’s Club, 6361 South Ave.

Burglary: To a residence in the 5000 block of Forest Park Place after someone pushed open a window. Stolen was a $600 computer.

Felonious assault: Three Boardman High School students reported that while in the cafeteria, a group of male students assaulted them, resulting in one of the students suffering a broken right hand.

Theft: An Ivy Hill Drive woman reported the theft of several pieces of jewelry, for a $1,270 loss.

Menacing: A worker for a Boardman-Canfield Road business told police a caller from Michigan threatened to kill her.

Theft: Ten catalytic converters were stolen from J.D. Byrider Inc., 7871 Market St., costing the business $7,000.

Arrest: Officers responding to a fight on a school bus near Meadowbrook Avenue charged two township girls, 16 and 17, with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct. The two teens continually shouted profanities at police and refused to comply, a report showed.

Jan. 20

Trespassing: Robert N. Colbert II, 18, of 810 Trailwood Drive, Boardman, surrendered on a criminal-trespassing charge after police had investigated the theft of firearms from a Silver Fox Drive home and said he was found in the garage without permission. Colbert was not charged in the theft, however.

Theft: Police charged 20-year-old Dion D. Hanoman, 273 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, in the theft of a $29 pair of headphones from Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Harassment: A Millcreek Boulevard man told police he received 30 to 40 unwanted calls in a two-day period.

Harassment: A Brookfield Avenue man reported receiving harassing and threatening text messages.

Assault: A Struthers boy reported having been punched in the head during an argument with another motorist near Mathews Road and South Avenue.

Arrest: A fight near Cook Avenue led to the arrest of 24-year-old Terrance T. Phillips, 510 W. Boston Ave., Youngstown, on charges of domestic violence and receiving stolen property after police said he was in a vehicle with a stolen license plate. Earlier, Phillips’ girlfriend alleged he had pushed, head-butted and choked her, then bit her hand during an argument.

Identity theft: A West Boulevard man learned his bank-account information was used to make four unauthorized debits totaling about $162.

Jan. 21

Theft: Ralph R. Kistler IV, 23, of 244 S. Yorkshire Blvd., Youngstown, was charged, accused of stealing $192 worth of men’s clothing from Macy’s in the Southern Park Mall.

Assault: A father and daughter reported having been assaulted by the other in the 60 block of Washington Boulevard during an argument related to college tuition money.

Endangerment: A township man told police a female driver in a gray Ford Escape tossed a bottle at his car as he drove on Market Street, nearly causing the accuser to lose control of his vehicle.

Theft: Shampoo, paper towels and other items were stolen from Dollar General, 5953 South Ave.

Arrest: Authorities responded to an argument in the 700 block of Orlo Lane, where they charged 29-year-old Angela L. Montes, 545 Parkcliff Ave., Youngstown, with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and obstructing official business. An intoxicated Montes refused to leave in a taxi police had summoned for her and continued to scream at a family member, a report said.

Robbery: A 17-year-old Youngstown girl faced charges of complicity to aggravated robbery and obstructing justice after an armed robbery at Family Dollar, 4026 South Ave.., in which she was accused of demanding that an employee open a safe, then fleeing in a vehicle.

Theft: A tote bag was stolen from Goodwill Industries Inc., 285 Boardman-Canfield Road.

Harassment: A Southern Boulevard woman said a former friend made 22 unwanted calls in a 45-minute period.

Burglary: Occurred in the 20 block of Wilda Avenue via a rear door. A $400 laptop computer was taken.

Arrest: Police in the 6200 block of Market Street picked up 65-year-old Charles W. Moore Sr., who listed addresses on Canfield Road and Boston Avenue in Youngstown, and who was wanted on a bench warrant from Boardman Area Court.

Arrest: Authorities investigating a vehicular accident in the 800 block of Boardman-Poland Road charged 26-year-old Maureen C. Cartwright, 4209 Euclid Blvd., Boardman, with operating a vehicle impaired and obstructing official business after saying Cartwright lied about who had driven the vehicle.
