2 Youngstown firefighters promoted
YOUNGSTOWN
Two city firefighters have been promoted to the rank of lieutenant: Terrance Gamble and Michael Saddler.
They were sworn in by Mayor Chuck Sammarone at a ceremony earlier this week in city council chambers.
