Ghossain Foods to host third annual health fair

Ghossain’s Gourmet Mediterranean Foods, 3990 South Ave., will host their third annual “Just For the Health of It” health fair from 10 a.m to 2 p.m Saturday. Patrons can talk with various health professionals, and there will be free blood pressure and BMI screenings.

There also will be an exercise demonstration at 11:30 and free recipes and taste-testing throughout the day.

The event is open to the public and free of charge.
