New Wilmington bank robbed

NEW wilmington, Pa.

Borough police and the Pennsylvania State Police New Castle are investigating a Tuesday afternoon robbery at Huntington Bank, South Market Street.

An man believed to be in his late 30s to early 40s entered the bank and produced a demand note indicating that he had a gun, though no gun was displayed.

The teller provided the robber with an undisclosed amount of money from her drawer and he left the bank.

Anyone with information regarding the robbery is asked to call police.
