Here are the U.S. and Canadian box-office performance as of Sunday for the Oscar best-picture nominees, in order of gross receipts to date:

v “The Help”: Disney, four nominations, $169.5 million, released Aug. 10

v “Moneyball”: Sony Pictures, six nominations, $75.5 million, released Sept. 23

v “War Horse”: Disney, six nominations, $72.2 million, released Dec. 25

v “Midnight in Paris”: Sony Pictures Classics, four nominations, $56.4 million, released May 20

v “Hugo”: Paramount, 11 nominations, $55.8 million, released Nov. 23.

The final four nominees and gross receipts are “The Descendants,” $51.2 million; “The Tree of Life,” $13.3 million; “The Artist,” $12.1 million; and “Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close,” $10.7.

Bruce Springsteen coming to The Q

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will come to Quicken Loans Arena April 17. Tickets are $98, $62.50 and $48 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at livenation.com, the Q box office and at 888-894-9424. Springsteen’s new album, “Wrecking Ball,” will be released March 6. “Bruce has dug down as deep as he can to come up with this vision of modern life,” said Jon Landau, Springsteen’s manager.

Elton, Joel tribute at Valentines show

The Saxon Club, 710 S. Meridian Road, will host the Valentine Legends Show on Feb. 11, featuring entertainer Lee Alverson in a tribute to Billy Joel and Elton John. The evening will begin with a buffet dinner at 7 p.m., with the show to follow. For tickets, call 330-509-9670.
