BAZAARS

Salem Memorial Building Association will host its annual Spring Arts & Crafts Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 9 and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 10. Seasonal items and gifts will be featured, as well as locally made arts and crafts and a basket auction. Vendors may call 330-332-5512 or stop at the Memorial Building, 785 E. State St., Salem, to register. An 8-foot table with chairs costs $25.

FLEA MARKET

Salem Memorial Building Association will host an indoor winter yard sale and flea market from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 18 in the gym. Participants may reserve an 8-foot table with chairs for $10. One or more tables may be reserved. All items are subject to approval. Setup times are noon to 5 p.m. Feb. 17 and 6 to 8 a.m. Feb. 18. FUNDRAISERS

Junior Women’s League of Canfield is hosting a Wine and Beer Taste from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Vintage Estates Wine & Beer, 7317 South Ave., Boardman. Proceeds will benefit the Down Syndrome Association. The event includes eight wine or beer tastes plus a variety of refreshments. There also will be a basket auction. Tickets cost $20 and must be purchased in advance by calling Diane Smythe at 330-503-8202.

SALES

Menagerie Thrift and Gift Shoppe, 6037 E. Market St., Warren, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The store sells clothing, furniture, books, antiques, collectibles and Christmas items year round. All purchases benefit Animal Welfare of Trumbull County, a nonprofit organization. TRIPS

Celebrity Dancers are sponsoring a bus trip to the Meadows Casino from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 11. The bus departs from Big Lots parking lot on Belmont Avenue in Liberty; participants should take proper I.D. and a player card if they have one. The cost is $25, and the bonus is $15 and $5 for food. A bus trip to the Haufbrau Haus in Pittsburgh is planned March 24. The bus will leave at 10:30 a.m. from the Slovenian Home, 1037 Baldwin Ave., Sharon, Pa. Cost is $45 per person; tickets are available by calling 440-944-4229. Entertainment will be by Steve Grkman. For those not interested in the trip, a polka dance/jam at the Slovenian home is planned that day at 6 p.m. Cost is $10 and includes two sandwiches and a beverage.
