Four parents apologize for Mooney cigars and champagne

YOUNGSTOWN

The Youngstown Police Department investigation of alleged cigars and champagne on Cardinal Mooney High School property, after a championship football game, resulted in no criminal charges.

Four adults who admitted involvement in the incident delivered an apology at a school assembly today to the team, students, faculty and alumni.
