SILVER LAKE, OHIO

Melissa Keenan and Jeffery Kenville, both of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, are engaged and planning a summer wedding, her parents are announcing.

The daughter of David and Holly Keenan of Silver Lake and the son of Ralph Kenville of Canton and Barbara Kenville of Struthers are planning a wedding for June 30.

Vows will be exchanged in front of invited guests at Fieldcrest of North Canton, where a reception will follow the wedding.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Youngstown State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology. She is a special-education teacher in Konawaena High School in Kealakekua, Hawaii.

The prospective groom, also a YSU graduate, earned a bachelor’s degree in history. He works as a bartender at the Hilton Waikoloa Village in Waikoloa, Hawaii.
