Dog-license deadline
YOUNGSTOWN
The Mahoning County Auditor’s and Dog Warden’s offices remind dog and kennel owners of the Jan. 31 licensing deadline. All dogs older than 3 months must be licensed for a $15 fee.
Those registering for kennel licenses must pay a $75 fee and buy a vendor’s license for an additional $25 from the auditor’s office. Dog and kennel licenses may be purchased at the auditor’s office or county dog pound or at certain motor-vehicle licensing bureaus and retail establishments.
Fees double and court citations may be issued after the deadline. Online dog and kennel license purchases will be available through the auditor’s office at a later date. Tipster rewarded
