Public meeting today on injection well, earthquakes

State Rep. Robert F. Hagan of Youngstown, D-60th, Youngstown Mayor Charles Sammarone and city council’s public-utilities committee will have a public meeting at 5 p.m. today in the Covelli Centre community room to talk about the injection well on the West Side of Youngstown and the earthquakes that have been centered near it.
