Winery to release 2 new varietals

LAKE MILTON

Halliday’s Winery will release its two newest wines from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at Olde Dutch Mill Golf Course, 2745 Grandview Road.

The event, which will include a free wine tasting and special dinner entrees, will be hosted by owners Ron and Mike Birchak.

“We will be introducing two more varietals of the Halliday’s brand,” said Mike Birchak.

All six of Halliday’s wine will be available for purchase with dinner or for carry-out after the tasting.

Museum admission is free on MLK Day

CLEVELAND

Western Reserve Historical Society will offer free admission to the History Center in University Circle from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 16 to commemorate Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Families can explore the museum exhibits, and spend time in the Kidzibits center.

The Research Center will be open for families to discover their history.

Vehicles from the Crawford Collection will come out of storage and be on display for this day only.

The Western Reserve Historical Society History Center is at 10825 East Blvd.
