Missouri Valley's North Dakota State wins FCS national title

Missouri Valley Football Conference member North Dakota State defeated Sam Houston State 17-6 to capture its first FCS national championship on Saturday.

North Dakota State (14-1) suffered its lone loss at home against Youngstown State in the second-to-last week of the regular season.
