Two appointed to developmental disabilities board

YOUNGSTOWN

Frank Santisi and Joseph J. Pecchia, both of Boardman, have been appointed this week to four-year terms on the Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities by Probate Judge Mark Belinky. They replace Dominic Medina of Campbell and Dawn Burton of Youngstown, whose terms expired at the end of 2011. Medina did not seek reappointment to the seven-member board, and Burton served three consecutive four-year terms, the maximum allowed by law.
