Cops probe death of man found by bridge

YOUNGSTOWN

Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found near the Rayen Avenue Bridge.

About 4 p.m. Wednesday, officers found a man with a serious head wound, according to 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner. The man was later pronounced dead.

Investigators are trying to determine if he was hit by a car or jumped from a moving vehicle.

The victim’s name hasn’t been given by police.
