3 hurt in bar shooting near Pittsburgh, 1 held

HOMESTEAD, Pa. (AP) — Police have one person in custody following a shooting that wounded three people at a bar near Pittsburgh.

Allegheny County detectives have released little information about the suspect seen handcuffed outside county police headquarters this morning. Police aren’t identifying the man or saying whether he’ll be charged in the shooting about midnight at the Ragtime Saloon in Homestead, about five miles east of the city.

Emergency dispatchers say three victims were taken to hospitals, but authorities have not said how badly they are hurt.
