Struthers council has special meeting Wednesday

STRUTHERS — A special meeting of Struthers City Council will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in council chambers. Lawmakers plan to fill the position of clerk of council for Jan. 1 this year through Dec. 31, 2013. The clerk will be sworn in.
