OH WOW! may remain closed all week

OH WOW! Children’s museum could be closed for the remainder of the week due to water leaks.

“We are sorry that due to circumstances beyond our control we must remain closed until this plumbing issue is resolved. We are, however, learning all about what happens to the contents of a toilet after flushing,” said OH WOW! Executive Director Suzanne Barbat. “ Did you know that flushing anything but human waste and toilet paper can cause blockages in the plumbing lines and that these blockages create a back-up of all things flushed?”

The museum closed New Year’s Eve, but Barbati said that OH WOW! intends to honor First Night Youngstown badges and encourages visitors to visit www.ohwowkids.org for updates.
