PHILADELPHIA
Chrystal Rodman and William Morgante, both of Philadelphia, were married Sept. 10 during an evening ceremony at the Please Touch Museum in Fairmount Park. The Rev. Jeff Lust officiated over the exchange of vows, and a reception for the couple followed at the same location.
The bride is the daughter of Diana and Ray Scott of Eagle, Colo., and Harvey Rodman and Fran Janecky of Colorado Springs, Colo. Parents of the groom are William and Barbara Morgante of Boardman.
The bride wore an ivory-colored silk taffeta ball gown featuring a draped bodice, side floret and jeweled brooch.
Attending the bride as maid of honor was Joelle Wike. Bridesmaids were Betsy Smith, Sara Parry and Michele Waring, the groom’s sister. They were attired in raspberry-colored dresses. Katie Driskill, the bride’s niece, was the flower girl.
Shawn Pace performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were John Callery, Keith Dryburgh, Max Dillow and Todd Goldstein. Eli O’Keefe was the ring bearer.
The bride received a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Texas and is a buyer for David’s Bridal in Conshohocken, Pa.
The groom graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is a nursing faculty director with Kaplan Test Prep in Philadelphia.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple are living in Philadelphia.
