Youngstown police probe South Side shooting

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are looking for a truck and two cars in connection with the shooting of a 17-year-old male on the city’s South Side.

According to police the boy was shot just before 3 p.m. today on East Avondale. His name and condition have not been released.

Police reported that one vehicle being sought is an older vehicle with damage, the other is a Buick Rendevous, and there may also be a truck or SUV involved.
