OCCHA director retiring
YOUNGSTOWN — Mary Isa Gonzalez Garayua, executive director of the Organizacion Civica Y Cultural Hispana Americana, the city’s primary social service agency to aid area Latinos, will retire this spring after more than 15 years as the organization’s leader.
The organization is in the process of finding a replacement, said Atty. Susan Maruca, a member of OCCHA’s trustee board and chairwoman of its hiring committee.
