Miss Shea to wed Mr. Sebest in New Orleans

The parents of Courtney E. Shea and Jason J. Sebest, both of Luling, La., are announcing the engagement and upcoming wedding of their children.

Miss Shea is the daughter of William and Kathryn Shea of Roswell, Ga., and Mr. Sebest is the son of Ronald J. and Linda Sebest of Campbell.

The couple will be united in marriage in an evening ceremony March 17 at St. Rita Catholic Church in New Orleans. The couple will receive congratulations at a reception in their honor at the Mus e Conti Historical Wax Museum of New Orleans. Invitations will be extended for both events.

The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. She is employed as a process engineer for Shell/Motiva in Norco, La.

The prospective groom holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo. He attends the University of New Orleans, pursuing a master’s degree in Naval architecture and marine engineering. He is employed as a naval architect at Bollinger Shipyards in Lockport, La.
