Fuel-efficient vehicles are fronting many of the displays at this year’s Cleveland Auto Show at the IX Center as Ohioans watch regular gas prices climb toward the $4 mark again.

The show, which bills itself as one of the biggest and longest-running in the nation, opened Saturday. It continues through next weekend.

Organizers say there are more than 1,000 concept vehicles and new styles on display. Automakers are showing off new products, including electric cars and a pickup truck designed for off-road use.
