A Mahoning County grand jury handed up indictments against these people on these charges this week:

Daniel Butler, 31, Bears Den Road, illegal possession of a weapon and trafficking in counterfeit controlled substance.

John Fox, 42, Wellington Avenue, obstructing justice.

Thomas Neapolitan III, 25, West Hampton Avenue, Austintown, felonious assault and attempted murder.

Ray McGowan, 29, Francisca Avenue, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of drugs.

Fabian Bellard, 19, Eastway Drive and Kendis Circle, aggravated robbery, carrying concealed weapons, and illegal possession of a weapon.

Stacey Noble, 23, Somer Street, Leetonia, possession of heroin.

Toni Bellatto, 27, Annawan Lane, Boardman, possession of heroin.

Carl Wilson, 33, Sixth Street, Campbell, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and trafficking in marijuana.

William Pietz, 34, Imperial Avenue, illegal possession of a weapon and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Marvin Walker, 33, Bissell Avenue, illegal possession of a weapon.

Trey Chapman, 18, West LaClede Avenue, burglary.

Kevin Newell, also known as Anthony Williams, 44, Crandall Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and illegal possession of a weapon.

Jerry Bohrer, 49, Oak Street, possession of heroin.

Savon Young, 18, Chicago Avenue, aggravated burglary, felonious assault and improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation.

Michelle Wynn, 20, trafficking in marijuana.

Grant Repasky, 26, Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, Petersburg, breaking and entering, theft and receiving stolen property.

Ryan Trimacco, 25, Penhale Avenue, Campbell, breaking and entering, theft and receiving stolen property.

Timothy Hicks, 27, North Bridge Street, Struthers, breaking and entering, theft and receiving stolen property.

Justin Adams, 24, state Route 14, East Palestine, burglary.

Joy Maiorana, 29, Grover Drive, Boardman, trafficking in marijuana.

Frank Perry, 22, Neilson Avenue, possession of heroin.

Raina Blair, 27, Hubbard Road, Lowellville, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Galion Wall, 32, Mercer Street, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.
