Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Morrison of Aiken, S.C., announce the engagement of their daughter, Tessa Elizabeth Morrison, also of Aiken, and Jonathan Paul Blackburn of Simpsonville, S.C., a son of the Rev. and Mrs. David Blackburn of Brevard, N.C.

Local grandparents of the bride-elect are Sam and Mary Jane Morrison of Hubbard.

The wedding is planned for June 23 at Cedar Creek Church in Aiken.

Miss Morrison is a junior at Southern Wesleyan University pursuing a degree in pre-medicine.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University with a degree in biology.
