Local auctioneer opens ByceAuction and Realty

Jeff Byce, an auctioneer based in Youngstown, has obtained his brokers license and launched ByceAuction and Realty. This expansion comes after Byce earned the distinction as one of the “Top 10 Realtors in Ohio” from the Ohio Association of Realtors in 2010. He also earned the OAR President’s Sales Award the past four years while selling under another brokerage.

These accomplishments are based on dollar volume and number of units sold.

“The tremendous popularity of real estate auctions made having our own brokerage a necessity,” said Byce, who serves clients in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.

“We are the Valley’s one-stop shop for real estate auctions, personal property and accelerated marketing services. We successfully sell millions of dollars of real estate and personal property per year, all in about 30 days of date of contract.”

The ByceAuction Gallery, is located at 755 Wick Ave., across the street from Ursuline High School. Since 2005, they have auctioned off personal property, vehicles and high-end collectibles.

ByceAuction was also recently selected to handle the DeMarinis Estate and the Stambaugh Trust auction, two of the largest collections to go to auction in the Valley. For more information, contact Jeff Byce at 330-747-7000 or via email at info@byceauction.com.
