Boar’s Head Ladies of St. John’s Episcopal Church, 323 Wick Ave., Youngstown, will serve a baked chicken dinner from 11:30 to 1 p.m. at the church. Immaculate Heart Church Center, 4490 Norquest Blvd., Austintown, will be the site of a Lenten fish fry from 4 to 7 p.m., sponsored by St. Joseph and Immaculate Heart of Mary Home and School Association. St. Columba Cathedral will have its seventh annual pasta fagioli dinner from 11 a.m to 7 p.m. in the church hall on Wood Street, Youngstown. The cost is $6, and the menu consists of a bowl of pasta fagioli, salad, dessert, bread and butter, and a beverage; children 10 and under (dine-in only) cost $4. Holy Trinity Church, 250 Bridge St., Struthers, will sell potato, cabbage and lekvar pirogi. Orders will be taken from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday and from 8 to 11 a.m. Friday at 330-755-0064. No walk-in orders will be accepted. There is a limit of three dozen cabbage pirogi while supplies last. Orders may be picked up from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday. Containers will be provided.

Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown, will serve fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the church hall. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod or fried haddock; sides of Spanish rice, haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries or string beans (choose two); coleslaw or applesauce; bread and butter; and coffee or tea. Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, will sell potato and potato with kraut pirogi for $5 a dozen. North Lima Mennonite Church, 90 Mennonite Drive, will sponsor a breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 a.m. The all-you-can-eat meal will feature eggs, pancakes, french toast, potatoes, sausage, breakfast rolls, sausage gravy and biscuits, peppers and onions, juice and coffee. United Community Scholarship Foundation will sponsor their annual all-you-can-eat omelet breakfast from 7 a.m. to noon in the cafeteria at United High School, 8143 state Route 9, Hanoverton. There also will be a silent auction featuring services, items and gift baskets. All proceeds go toward scholarships for United High School seniors.

Boy Scout Troop 184 is having a pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Church, 4545 New Road, Austintown. TAKING ORDERS

Simon Road Church of God, 4750 Simon Road, Boardman, will accept orders for kolachi through March 18. Varieties are nut, apricot, poppy and prune. The cost for each is $8. Pickup will be from 3 to 4 p.m. March 22. Orders can also be placed for quarter-pound chocolate-covered peanut butter eggs at $2.50 each.

St. Anne Ukrainian Byzantine Catholic Church, 4310 Kirk Road, Austintown, is taking orders for poppyseed, nut, apricot and nut with raisin kolachi for Easter. The cost is $11 each. Sales are limited to the first 300 orders, and pickup will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. March 24. Orders also are being taken for Easter bread with raisins. Cost is $8 each.
