SENIOR CITIZENS


55-Plus Club of Mineral Ridge will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Church, 3504 Main St., Mineral Ridge. Members will dine out after the meeting and card games.

Girard Oldtimers will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Lamancusa Restaurant.

Holy Family Seniors will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday in the Holy Family Center’s Hope Hall. Use the Youth Center entrance. Cards, bingo and a 50-50 drawing will be featured, along with pizza and refreshments, coffee and tea. Hostesses are Helen Liana, Jennie Nethers and Stella Zebrasky.

Holy Name Seniors will meet Feb. 26 in Founders Hall. Mary Calai will preside, and the officers will be hostesses. New members are welcome; church affiliation is not required to join.

Keenagers of Third Baptist Church will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church for a program on Black History Month. Plans will be made for spring programs.

Liberty Friends will meet for friendship, cards and games at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Liberty Presbyterian Church, 1451 Church Hill-Hubbard Road. Members should take a sack lunch; coffee will be provided. All are welcome.

Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played, and Douglas Martin will give the devotions. There will be a pizza party at noon. No affiliation with the church is required for participation. Sts. Peter and Paul Seniors will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Ukrainian Center. Ann Smith will preside, and lunch will be served by the officers, Theresa Vivacqua, Pat Hoffman and Laura Dulay. New members are welcome.
