Police investigate report of indecent exposure at Boardman Library

Police are investigating a report of indecent exposure at the Boardman Library, 7680 Glenwood Ave. A library manger gave a written statement and video surveillance to police Thursday and said the incident occurred about 3:15 p.m. Feb. 11.

Police said a woman was studying at the library when an Asian man with stocky build wearing a black track suit and glasses sat near her. After several hours, the woman left the table to use the restroom and when she returned, she said the man had removed his pants and jacket, exposing himself, according to reports.

When the woman went to a library employee, the man left the library and hid in the bushes momentarily before leaving in a car.
