Mail delivery: None.
Schools: Youngstown Diocese, all closed Monday; some schools closed Friday. Check with your school.
Universities: Youngstown State, Kent State Trumbull Campus, open.
Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): running Sat. schedule Monday.
Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, open. Girard Free Library, Warren-Trumbull and Newton Falls Public Library, closed.
Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, closed.
Banks: Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, Home Federal Savings & Loan, Niles, Home Savings & Loan, Huntington Bank, Key Bank, PNC Ohio, and PNC Pennsylvania, closed. First Place Bank, Warren, closed; branches in Austintown, Boardman, Howland, Liberty, Seville in Boardman, and Struthers, open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Chase Bank, open; US Bank in Poland, Boardman, Canfield and Warren area; open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
