Police charge another man in hazing incident

YOUNGSTOWN — Police today issued two additional arrest warrants for a ninth man identified with the suspected hazing of two Youngstown State University students.

The man's name is Raheem Satterhwaite, 22, of Illinois Avenue on the city's North Side.

Police said he is a former YSU student. The warrants are for two counts of elonious assault.

On Wednesday, eight men, ranging in age from 21 to 32, were also charged with two counts of felonious assault.
