I-680 southbound ramp now open

YOUNGSTOWN — The Interstate 680 southbound ramp to state Route 711 reopened around 4:30 p.m. today.

The ramp had been closed for continued cleanup of a gas tanker that overturned and spilled thosands of gallons of gasoline in the area Tuesday. The accident closed I-680 for several hours Tuesday.
