Struthers Rotary donates dictionaries

Rotary participates in dictionary project: Each year, Struthers Rotary donates dictionaries to fourth-grade students in Struthers, Campbell and Lowellville. The Rotary “Dictionary Project” goal is to assist students to become good writers, active readers, creative thinkers and resourceful learners.
