Lake Milton man wins $100K in Ohio Lottery game

YOUNGSTOWN — A Lake Milton man is the latest winner of a top prize on an Ohio Lottery instant game. Wayne A. Reinhart won $100,000 after he scratched Bingo X 10.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent are withheld, Reinhart receives a check for $69,000.

He purchased the ticket from Lakers Food Market, 15723 Mahoning Avenue in Diamond. The business receives a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning instant game.
