Stabbing reported
campbell
Police responded to ex-Mayor George Krinos’ Chapel Lane residence at 1 a.m. Monday after he reported a stabbing. But police said the supposed victim was not seriously hurt, and no one was charged.
Krinos reported he thought another man at the house was stabbed, and that man had left. Police said they found the man later Monday at his own residence on Coitsville Road and discovered he had a superficial torso wound.
Krinos told police he and the man were wrestling in the garage, and they were seeing how many times they could staple their hands. The man proceeded to stab himself in the chest with a butter knife, Krinos told police. Police saw blood on Krinos’ jacket, on the floor and on items in the garage.
